Iowa School Safety Video Winners

At the end of October, Electronic Engineering sponsored the Iowa School Safe Alliance’s “See Something, Say Something” video contest. The top two winners met Governor Reynolds as she signed the School Safety Week proclamation. Mark Clark, president of Electronic Engineering, awarded them cash prizes for their schools. Abraham Lincoln High School of Council Bluffs took home first place, Dowling Catholic High School of West Des Moines took home second.

Product Spotlight:
Dispatching from your Desktop

Electronic Engineering recently installed a dispatch center communication solution for Gallon Plumbing out of Des Moines. Gallon needed an all-in-one mechanism to keep track of its radio communications, users on the system, maintain work ticket management, and allow for mass communication from a simple central user interface.

Electronic Engineering installed a simple software solution that is a plug-and-play application for the manager’s desktop workstation. Gallon Plumbing utilizes RadioPro software and MOTOTRBO radios to help increase efficiencies in communications, ease of delivery and customize customer service.
