The Service Elite Specialist is the highest level of service relationship. It represents the greatest level of Motorola/Servicer agreement and interdependence. Motorola Servicers who attain this level have demonstrated onsistent capabilities in performance, personnel and commitment to Motorola products and services.

The Certified Service Center (CSC) program is designed as a tool to help consumers find quality service centers, to help electronics and appliance manufacturers select service centers for in-warranty repairs, and to provide a standard for professional service firms that desire to offer outstanding customer service.

Certified Service Center (CSC) status places our business in the elite network of service centers that consumers turn to for quality assurance. Our business will be listed in the CSC directory - to be distributed to industry and consumers, as well as being listed on Consortium Members web sites.

To attain Certified Service Center status, a service center must comply with specified requirements determined by representatives of all facets of the service industry.

ETA Certified

In cooperation with Motorola, ETA offers both basic and advanced certifications for Motorola Technicians and Service Stations. Motorola would like for the technicians to take the basic electronics Associate CET exam. Many techs are also choosing to take the full journeyman level CET by taking either the WCM or USMSS certification and others have gone on to attain Senior or even Master level CET certification.

Sentry Siren, Inc.

Sentry Siren, Inc. has been producing the world’s finest warning sirens since 1905. Formerly Sterling Siren and Fire Alarm, the company began production of the famous Model M-Series warning sirens in the late 1910’s and early 1920’s. These durable units saw extensive use in many applications including Fire Departments, air raid sirens, and basic disaster warning. The last Model M was produced in the late 1980’s. These “M’s” are still revered and sought after even today. Additionally, A model M-5 produced in 1917 is still in use today by the Manchester, Michigan Fire Department. That’s right, over 90 years of use. Sterling also produced numerous Fire Truck sirens, smaller industrial sirens, call boxes, and for a short time they even made washing machines.

Sterling was moved from Rochester, NY to Canon City, CO in 1972 and renamed Sentry Siren, Inc. Sentry continues to operate in the majestic Colorado Rockies.
